RETURN POLICY:        *UPDATED October 14, 2022

All merchandise in new or unused condition and tags still attached may be returned with your packing slip or receipt up to 7 days from receipt of your merchandise for a full refund. Return package must be postmarked before the 8th day. All full refunds will go back on the original form of payment. Merchandise returned between 8 days and 14 days with packing slip or receipt will be for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Returned packages shipped after 14 days or without a packing slip will not be accepted. You will be charged to have any items shipped back if received after 14 days.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

All purchases made of monogrammed, personalized, special-order, and all sale items are final sale. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. In the event you return a final sale item, you will be responsible for the return cost as you did not adhere to our terms and conditions. After this notice is sent, failure to respond within 2 business days will result in forfeit of the item with no form of credit.

The Navy Knot is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.  We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
