The Navy Knot ships to all 50 states, including US P.O Boxes. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been received. Any and all status updates for your order will be sent to the email address used to place the order. We strive to ship orders out in 1-2 business days.

Most products are shipped from our warehouse in Wisconsin via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected at check out.  Please note that some products are shipped directly from the vendors via UPS, USPS or FedEx and may arrive in separate packages.

The Navy Knot is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. For this reason, we strongly encourage customers to select our UPS Signature Shipping Method at checkout. This is our only insured method of shipping.

For orders placed after Noon CST, delivery times will go into effect the following business day.

Products displayed may be out of stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change.  The Navy Knot is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.  We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. 

 Order Arrival & Exceptions:

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you within 1 business days after the order has been placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update with the carrier.
  • Arrival time with the free shipping option is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please allow additional 7-10 days for delivery of all monogrammed and personalized orders. Expedited shipping will not affect production time for all personalized items.
  • Once the order is in the hands of the shipping service, The Navy Knot is not responsible for any shipping delays.
